Even as Hillary was preparing to run for president, we now know this:
"Mrs Clinton told bankers that they were best-placed to help reform
the US financial sector." BBC News
Transcripts of private speeches by US Democratic presidential
candidate Hillary Clinton have been released by the
whistle-blowing site Wikileaks.

Clinton's Syria War Plans
Her national-security team-in-waiting wants a return to big
U.S. interventions. By Kelley Beaucar Vlahos

Yes, this is about Trump's lewd talk v Hillary's double-talk!
It's Hillary with an acre-size closet of secrets to hide versus an
alpha-male who is ignorant that America has had a revolution just now
in which every workplace is required by law to have an HR department
swatting down misogynists and every police department is ready to take
you to a local "Family Court" and sue you for sexual harassment.
And that's why they have training for every employee in every work
place to make sure you behave according to the new American ethos.
Unfortunately, Trump never worked for anybody except his own dad's
business or himself. So he never knew when to keep his mouth shut.
The fact that there is training in every corner of our land means that
there should also be training for the person who is coming to sit and
coo in the White House.
In fact, there has always been training of one kind or another for
federal employees all the way up to the president. Unfortunately, it
is so far only limited to security matters - not anything related to
ethics or current etiquette. And that's why we have presidents like
Bill Clinton, George W Bush, and Barack Obama who have lied and killed
with impunity.
And Hillary wasn't even yet president and she defied the required
security training for a secretary of state.
But training is what can change a society in which no person who wants
to work is too old to go through requisite training to make the
society whole.
But what do politicians do? And what does the MSM do?
They want Trump to make orphans of tens of millions of people who
yearn for change and for peace because of they have a gotcha moment.
They grab his lewd and misogynist words from over ten years ago and
beat him down anyway they can. Yet, we have a Hillary who is
unrepentant about catering to the Wall Street bankers and vows to do
more to kill women and children in the Middle East. And she is
greeted with open arms to take over the Bush-Obama campaign for blood
lust.
I say, this group of people are hypocrites!
Those who claim to represent Christians should not forget the road
to redemption goes through education (giving the sinner the new
light) and repentance (giving the sinner a chance to change for the
better).
Of course, an election is a secular event. We choose what we
individually think will be the best for our future. Shall we allow
ourselves to be continuously misled by machinery which has been
rigged to bypass our interests and the interests of all the
defenseless people in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, and other countries
and tip the scales of this election? And what has our own religious
training taught us? We should see through the latest "unforgivable
sin" of Trump. Of course, women are important in every man's life.
And of course, men have mistreated women for too long, especially
the men from a feudal society like that I have seen close up. But
does that mean that it is OK to kill women and children in other
countries with impunity, just because we are PC at home?
What we do need is ethical training for politicians and propaganda
operatives.
We can't just have a narrow aperture for what we as a society must do
to keep our collective health.
We must stop greed and the appetite for war.

Analysis - Anthony Zurcher, BBC News
In some alternate universe, the Clinton Wikileaks story would be
dominating the news this weekend, as pundits and analysts speculate on
whether the revelations could tilt the election to Marco Rubio, Jeb
Bush or even Ted Cruz.
Instead, this is Donald Trump's world, and we're all just along for
the ride.
That doesn't mean the contents of the purloined messages, assuming
they are in fact legitimate and undoctored, won't do lasting damage to
Mrs Clinton - if not on Election Day, then as she tries to govern a
sharply divided nation in the months and years ahead.
They provide yet more evidence that Mrs Clinton is pro-open-trade and
sympathetic to Wall Street interests, despite her protestations
otherwise. They also reveal a decidedly middle-of-the-road, pragmatic
political attitude that won't sit well with the populist wing of her
own party.
After the dust has settled in this election, the divisions within the
Democratic ranks will likely re-emerge - and these emails and speech
excerpts will be Exhibit A through Z for those on the left who doubt
Mrs Clinton's liberal bona fides.
Her every attempt to reach across the aisle to Republicans will be
viewed with the highest of suspicions.
The excerpts include comments made at an event sponsored by Goldman
Sachs in October 2013 in which Mrs Clinton spoke of the need to
consult Wall Street over financial reform.
"The people that know the industry better than anybody are the people
who work in the industry," Mrs Clinton said.
At another speech presented to a Brazilian bank in 2013, she spoke of
her "dream" for a common trade market.
"My dream is a hemispheric common market, with open trade and open
borders, some time in the future with energy that is as green and
sustainable as we can get it, powering growth and opportunity for
every person in the hemisphere," Mrs Clinton said.
The leak comes after the US accused Russia of a cyber attack against
political organisations intended to influence the presidential
election.
